  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • HNBR is used for the seal rubber material. HNBR: A material with improved ozone resistance by adding hydrogen to NBR. Ideal for low-concentration ozone countermeasures.
  • FKM is used as seal rubber material. FKM: Excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and ozone resistance.
  • HNBR or FKM is used for the seal rubber material. *Some products are only compatible in the flow path.

Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.To adjust the speed of the actuator, gradually turn the needle from the fully closed position to increase the air volume. If the needle is open, there is a risk of the actuator move suddenly and violently. Turning the needle clockwise closes the valve, while turning it counter-clockwise opens it.

2.When adjusting the flow rate of the equipment, the needle should be turned to open gradually from the fully closed position. If the needle is in open position, a high flow rate will be instantly applied to the equipment and there is a risk of damage to it.

3.When using the product in a high temperature environment, select the seal material after taking a sufficient safety factor. The sealing material may leak due to thermal degradation, etc. Regular maintenance should be carried out and the product should be replaced as soon as possible if leakage is detected.

4.The product has a choice of seal rubber material, but there is no identification by seal material. When opening the package, do not mix it with other seal materials. Mixing of different material models may cause a situation that is different from the user's intention.

Caution

1.Leakage is allowed for the control flow even when the needle is fully closed position and should not be used in such a way that zero leakage is required.

2.When using covered tube with the fitting with cover, cut the outer cover of tube to the specified size (refer to the following table). Cutting outside of the specified dimensions may cause the tube to come loose, leak, or cannot be inserted properly. * Anti-spatter Tube Cover Peeler (TSC) makes it easy to peel the cover.
